This is one of only 180 complete sets (there are an additional 20 sets with some pages missing) as Ben simply collated the 200 or so additional pages he held in storage as this edition. Very good condition in a folder that was carefully repaired by Ben himself after it being torn along the spine. Rare.

The recording is of a Fluxus concert (of the same name) performed at the Staatliche Kunstakademie Dusseldorf in 1968. Beuys explained the importance of felt as 'With the greyness of felt I produce an anti-image. I evoke a world which is translucent and clear, maybe even transcendental, a very colorful world'. One of only 250 examples of this multiple produced upon the occasion of the German-language reissue of Spoerri's 'Typographie Anecdote du Hasard'/'Anecdoted Typography of Chance'. Well- known for his post-meal table setting pieces; the silkscreen (offered here) emulates just such works. Both pieces fine in like box.

Original collage /mail artwork created by Ben from a cut photograph of the upper torso of a naked young boy with the face obscured by a torn postcard fragment which has been glued completley over the boy's face (verso on the scrap an be seen some handwriting by Ben). Ben has signed this item ("Ben") and by means of a line has indicated that he (Ben) made be found or represtened by the boy's armpit! Excellent estate. Provenance and image upon request. Mailed from the USA to Amsterdam, franked and stamped by the postal authories on the rear, the addressee's name is slightly blurred by slight waterdamage during postage having caused the ink to run.
