The first edition thus of this privately reproduced facsimile edition of Johnson's famous Book of Death - with each page dated 2005 bottom right and an additional six pages displaying reproduced b/w collages and typed correspondence from Johnson to his close friend Robert Wilson relating to the project. A very limited and only privately circulated document in fine condition.
