First edition of this collection of short stories by Bouquet who was mostly known as a fantasy novelist and the writer of one of the popular Fantomas screenplays. This copy has a short dedication by Bouquet in ink on the half-title. Mostly browned due to the cheap paper employed the publisher's prospectus with a short text by Henri Parisot is laid in (somewhat worn edges), otherwise vg.
