Composed of cut-outs, transparencies, stencils and various unique collaged and/or fluid elements (such as menstrual blood with Schneemann using her own sexual organs as delivery mechanism,). Pictorial wrappers with transparent plastic overlay. First edition of this striking bookwork-multiple by the pioneering Feminist Happener and audacious performance artist. Schneeman's texts consist of various correspondence (her 'Fuses Notebooks'), 'Sex and Gender', a 'Sexual Parameters Comparison Chart' + essays on her Kinetic & Fluxorum Theaters collaborative projects accompany grouping of textured and unique pageworks, all of which were hand-designed by the artist. One of only 60 examples (all published) signed by Schneemann. The rarest and most desirable of her bookworks. All elements fine in like wrappers. One of the greatest of artist's books.
