First edition of this arist's book which display photo- montages thematically charting the manifestations of political and institutional violence (juxtaposed with sexual motifs) in the latter 20th century. The reproduced collages images of Gary Gilmore and the firing squad chair, art by Goya juxtaposed with torture in Uruguay and Brazil, Hitler, bondage and self immolation as well as photographs from the performance at the ICA in London where albrecht/d. famously recorded with Joseph Beuys as well as an appropriated text from "Bizarre Life" (an erotic magazine published in New York). Fewer than 20 of these books were supposedly published and distributed to friends of the artist only. Fine.
