26.5 x 19.5cm, 88pp. Pictorial card covers. First edition of Debord's second book (after "Memoires" with Jorn and before "Spectacle"). It is the former's important attempt to re-configure the role and form of cinema and contains the complete scenarios and selected images from Debord's first three films ("Hurlements en faveur de Sade", "Sur le passage de quelques personnes à travers une assez courte unite de temps" and "Critique de la séparation") along with a text by Asger Jorn: "Guy Debord et le problème du maudit".  The book differs from the later 1978 Oeuvres Cinematographiques and later translations in that several passages and sections (such as Jorn's) are missing. A fine copy of this rare book.
