Payment terms:

Payment by VISA / MASTERCARD (5% surcharge to cover credit card company charges), IMO or personal/business UK clearing bank cheque (clearance required before dispatch of items). Direct bank transfer to "Heart Fine Art Ltd."; account number and UK sort code on application. Prices of all items excluding shipping, insurance, taxes / duty and bank fees. Payment terms by negotiation.

Institutions will be invoiced on receipt of fully authorised and confirmed purchase order. Please note prices subject to change without due notice. While we will endeavour to keep prices stable for items outlined above sometimes changes in, for example, exchange rates mean that prices have to be altered. If changes are required than we will notify you at the time of any enquiry.

Items offered on consignment are usually kept by the seller and offered for sale through the Heart Fine Art Ltd site. Usually it is agreed that for a specific period of time, Heart Fine Art Ltd will have the sole right to sell the item on behalf of the seller and an agreed percentage of the final sale price be retained by Heart Fine Art on the successful completion of the sale as commission. All monies will be invoiced and transacted by Heart Fine Art Ltd and the buyer and seller will be contacted by Heart Fine Art Ltd directly.

We frequently issue mini new acquisitions lists and special offers via email. If you would like to subscribe to this service, do let us know, while also noting your field(s) of interest.

Subscriptions to printed versions of complete catalogues are available via post in both printed and disk versions. Occasionally, these catalogues will be issued in object-multiple format. Annual subscription rates are as follows: within Europe £12 (GBP) equivalent; within the US and Japan £25 (GBP) equivalent; the rest of the world £35 (GBP) equivalent. Subscribers to this delivery system are offered a 10% discount on orders received from said catalogues.

All serious desiderata are encouraged and are necessary, as to maximize the effectiveness of our searches on your behalf. So, by all means do send them to us by email.
