21 x 15cm, 2pp flyer for a series of six concerts of new music. Works by Earle Brown, John Cage, Morton Feldman, Charlotte Moorman, La Monte Young, Max Neuhaus, Frederic Rzewski, David Tudor and Nicholas Zumbra were performed over a period of one month. Other works included Giuseppe Chiari and Toshi Ichiyanagi. These concerts evolved into (and were de facto the first of) the annual Avant Garde festivals that Moorman organised - an event that eventually became a massive undertaking with 100s of participants and unfolding works in all manner of media not only music. This is a variant publicity leaflet for the event which lists other performances but carries the same front design(reproductions of the musicians' signatures) as the larger leaflet. Fine. Scarce.
