28 x 20cm, 128pp plus boards and pictorial dj. First edition of this monograph on the over-exposed Howson. Without question a fantastic graphic artist with hard to compare skill (especially with graphite) the later Howson works are opportunist. This book looks at the war paintings in the Balkans and has illustrations throughout in colour. Fine in like dj. Surprisingly this is hard to find in hardback.
