A VERY SUBSTANTIAL NEAR COMPLETE RUN OF POINT D'IRONIE

From 1999 Agnes B (the fashion chain) has sponsored an published a free of charge broadsheet / artist's book designed by one (usually) named artist and issued in a print run of 10,000 copies made available free of charge in the various shops worldwide (although it is interesting to see the disinterest feigned by the various shop assistants when enquiries about the magazine are made worldwide - we have personal experience of asking for these items in Hong Kong, Paris, Berlin, London, New York and other cities and frankly they are regarded as a pest by most of the shops leading us to believe that many magazines are simply discarded or never exhibited). The format is almost always the same - 4pp of full colour A3 sheets but very occasionally that format is altered (nr 43 for examle or nr 16 where the various photographs are diecut to allow tearing apart). Early copies of the magazine are extremely hard to find as are some of the more well-known artists eg those issued by Gilbert & George (two separate number), Lawrence Weiner, Christian Boltanski, Rosemary Trockel, Richard Billingham, Raymond Hains and others.
Here we offer the following numbers - condition is almost always very good+ with some numbers horizontally folded for storage (even within the stores this is often the habit), some with minor edge wear but all are very acceptable.
