JOC SECUND Versuri cu Portretul  Autorului desenat si gravat in lemn de Marcel Ianco
Bucharest: Editura Cultura Nationala, 1930
19.5 x 13cm, 108pp plus original wrappers. All bound into privately commissioned, blue half leather boards. The first edition of this book of "hermetic" poems from the Rumanian avant garde-ist with a full page, woodcut portrait of the author by the dadist Janco (Ianco) as frontispiece.  The title translates as "Second game: verses". This copy is in fine condition and is augmented by a hand-dedication from Ion Barbu to another Rumanian poet, Alexandru Busuioceanu, dated December 23th, 1929.  This example of this already very scarce book is from a small number of hors commerce copies retained by Barbu ("nepuse in comert") which were printed on better paper "semivelina vargata", and numbered (here "VIII") from only 50 ("L") such copies.
