18 x 13.5cm, 88pp. B/w offset textual illustrations by Pierre Alechinsky. Pictorial card wrappers designed by Alechinsky. First trade issue of this frenetic Surrealist work by Mansour. The abstract designed by Alechinsky at once undermine and add a subjective edge to the proceedings with every page illustrated on the upper half of the book. There is also on the inner French fold a surrealist drawing of the author by Pierre Molinier. A close to fine example. This copy one of 1,750 on offset sirene although there is a seven line dedication by Mansour again probably for Jageur - "pour Edouard et Hermine les souvenirs passes et futurs de leur amie amoureuse de l'amitie, Joyce, Paris décembre 1969".
