A TOUS LES TRAVAILLEURS
Paris: imprint of Conseil national du Patronat Francais but, in actuality, Guy Debord/COMO, 7 Juin 1968
25.5 x 19cm, 1pp leaflet. Seemingly an anti-revolutionary tract published by the French Employers Union only days  before the collapse of the occupations - the text  reads: "A tous les travailleurs / Mesdames / Mesdemoiselles / Messieurs / Nous vous avons consenti, en accord avex l'ensemble de vos  syndicats, plusieurs dizaines d'heures de conges  payes supplementaires et de substantielles augmentations de salaires,/A la veille des vacances d', nous vous suggerons donc de partir avec le Club Mediterrene et de ne plus vous preoccuper de "counseils ouvriers" et de "luttes de class". Je vitez mame, s'il-vous-pleit, les
occupations d'usines./Bien sincerement,/Paris, le 7 juin 1968/ Pour le CNPF, le President/P. HUVELIN" and thus called on the ending of the factory occupations and agreed to the wage rises
that de Gaulle had implored the factory owners to
offer. In actuality this was a deliberate forgery of a right-wing leaflet written by Debord and published by the Committee for the continuation of the occupations which was controlled by this stage by the International Situationists who were ensconsed in the Sorbonne as the revolution petered out. A provocation Fine condition. Scarce.
