20 x 14cm, 12pp self cover. First English language edition of this explanation of how the USSR supposedly had unionised its art and cultural workers. Aimed at propagandising at UK intellectuals and calling on them to send delegates to Moscow to support the revolution. This example is not in great condition - browned, slightly fragile and with grubby marks throughout and the solitary staple has become rusted and disappeared with tears and creases to extremities but it is a scarce period document - but still priced thus.
