Edinburgh: Demarco Gallery, 1980
101 x 67cm b/w offset poster. Text in English with 25 b/w polarised photographs (as if reproduced by a Xerox machine) by Demarco of Beuys performing the 3 Pots Action in the old Poorhouse in Edinburgh to a very small invited audience. The pots were painted black (as they could not find iron pots in bourgeois Edinburgh) and were carried around the room - being careful not to turn the "contents" out by mistake. Scarce - discussions with Richard Demarco suggests that only 100 were issued in the first place and many were lost due to poor storage and many of those extant remain with water damage - this is a very good example with only some minor edge damage.
