75 x 40cm approx, silver and blue and black silkscreen on thin card. An extremely rare and early conceptual work by Latham who formed the chair of NO IT at Nottingham University in 1967 (ref Lippard 6 years of the dematerialisation of the object) and was a key player in the conceptual movement. The work shows a shadowy figure with the overlaid text "True Lies". Verso a short 150 word yet dense text by Latham. Fine condition although the silver card has unavoidable handling creases - our image here suggests the creases look worse than they are in actuality. Small limitation. Rare.
