30 x 24cm, 2pp. Single issue of this announcement brochure for the Theatre des Champs Elysées which promoted a ballet by the Ballet Suedois to the music of Erik Satie (Deux Gymnopedies as orchestrated by Debussy and trios petites pieces Montee and Les Danses du Piege de Meduse) and the ballet created by Blaise Cendrars "la Creation du monde" (with music by Darius Milhaud). Formerly folded into eights and slightly browned. Scarce document promoting the premiere of this work by the poet and (as with other performances at the Theatre des Champs-Elysees during the period of 1920 to1925 when the Ballets Suedois were in residence at the theatre) Leger.
